Today I went out for a walk. This is my second time in a week and I’ll start off by saying that it was great. I haven’t been posting in quite some time and have honestly been stuck. Hopefully I can finally discipline myself in the area of fitness. The food I’ve been working on and have still largely cut out sugar.
