
Mmmmmmmmm! I thought that this fruit with a big taste deserved a big picture. Alright guys, I done pretty well so far and have broken some bad food and drink habits, that is to say that they are no longer something that I HAVE to eat or drink. I can honestly say that I’ve been eating healthy about 90% of the time for the last 3 weeks or so and have lost a solid and unwavering 7 lbs. My goal starting out with “TINAD” was to lose 30 lbs, that means that I am just about 1/3 of the way there with half a year left but that also means that I have to crank it up these next six months. One of the big changes that I’ve made is that I am drinking lots of water and eating lots o’ fruit, especially cantaloupe because it’s low-cal, healthy and filling, just eating half a bowl is like having a meal. I’ve been eating fish, salads, 1/2 sandwiches and other healthy treats and all in all been doing pretty well! I definitely recommend cantaloupe or any other types of melon just cause they are so filling and satisfying.
