Hey guys,
I’m writing in to give you all an update on my progress. Well, I think it’s time for me to go vegetarian, for the most part. I want to keep fish in my diet. I cut red meat out of my diet a while back but now have decided to cut out chicken as well. I feel “iffy” about eating anything that may be difficult to digest. I’ve lost close to five pounds in the last month just by cutting out soda, meat, reducing my food intake and completely cutting junk food out of my life. I’m eating alot more greens and drinking a whole lot of water. My Dr. told me to maintain a high fiber diet, this can help reduce the stress that is put on your digestive system and colon and helps prevent the onset of diverticulosis.
Please read up on this disease and how it can be prevented by maintaining a high fiber diet and staying regular. So, dramatic changes in my life have been occurring, and the choice to want to be healthy is ultimately up to me to either take seriously or to disregard.

Diver what? That doesn’t sound good. Man oh man how I want to make that change to eating more vegeterian or healthy. Lately I’ve been really sick of meat but I still can’t seem to cut it out! I’m seriously lacking in the discipline department. Hopefully that’ll begin to change.
