Downsizing

Yup, That’s the plan, to downsize. I have recently come up on some health issues that have not as of yet become serious but have the potential to if I don’t make a complete turn around. The turn around cannot be gradual, as was my original plan when I first joined “This Is Not a Diet”, so this means dramatic and instantaneous eating changes and cutbacks. First off, smaller portions and healthier portions, no soda (not even for special occasions), cutting out fruit juices, well, most of the them, especially the ones that prance around calling themselves fruit juices when their really scientific concoctions; and many other strict specific tweaks that I have been instructed to follow by the Doc (run for it Marty!). It’s kind of like being put on a special eating regimen by a personal trainer (just without the personal trainer). I love the recipe’s that have been posted as of yet. My wife and I are going to Barnes and Noble to look for some recipe books.

Interesting little fact of the day: The Barnes and Noble like store in Korea is called Bandi & Luni

I am looking forward to the change and hope/need to see results.

Here’s a little challenge I’m proposing to all of you. How ’bout cutting out all soda, not even a drip to be imbibed. The reward? healthier everything.

We all know that soda is bad for us, why do we turn a blind eye to that fact. Common people! We got one life, let’s make it last!
