If your goals mean anything and you are attempting to live a healthy centered life, proper sleep is a significant aspect of fitness.

It is amazing how often sleep is neglected, especially by young adults. I’ve experienced this first hand, well one experiences a lot living in college dorms.

  1. Ok Miguel, you got me with this one!! This is probably my biggest weakness. I stay up to all hours of the night. Thanks for the reminder. I’ve actually started a game plan to get me into a normal sleep schedule!

  2. I feel ya my friend, getting the necessary sleep has always been a struggle for me throughout college.
