Health & Fitness for Men by Miguel Pineiro!

Hello This is NOT a diet friends & family! We’ve got some great news to share with you. As mentioned a couple of weeks back, we’re adding some new improvements to our site. As many of you know, you can depend on us to find innovative ways to take charge of your health. We also have a group of participants who are plugging away a solid year of their life to document their health & fitness goals on this website. We have tons of advice to give, offbeat humor to share, audio and original video posts. We also find the cream of the crop when it comes to solid health advice and/or articles from across the web.

In following with this tradition, we are now adding 3 new authors to our site who will be a big help and source of information for both men & women. Today, I would like to introduce to you Miguel Pineiro. He’s soon to be a personal trainer from Chicago. He has graduated from ORU with a BA in Theology; New Testament Studies and a minor in Missions. He is the author of miguelpineiro.net which focuses on “The pursuit of excellence and writes about the following topics: personal development, fad diets, fitness, and productivity. His interests include holistic fitness, healthy lifestyle living, sports, reading, anthropology and theology.
