So last year before I left to Korea, I was jogging/walking… more walking than jogging.. infact, I don’t know if one would describe that as jogging, but anywho, i digress, i was moving for 4.5 miles, about 2 times a week. While in Korea, I walked to work, and managed to keep my weight off, but the endurance quickly disappeared. As I was running the other day, I thought about how old I am, and my newly dislocated knee, so I talked my self into walking, (which really was no struggle at all) and how it was OK, because yes a whole year has passed, and I am older and more tired. Boy does God like to sit in my thoughts, because just as I am thinking this, 2 people in their 60’s pass by me JOGGING!! This was a good one. It has now been 22 days, and i have lost 4 lbs. It’s a slow but steady climb up the mountain, only to go further up.
