
Meeting my GOAL! I am very excited to say that I have lost 7 lbs since we decided to do this project. For those of you who do not know what my goal is, it is set to lose 1 lb a week! So what have I been doing you ask? Eating more frequently, doesn’t that sound just peachy, but it is the truth. I eat about every 2 or 3 hours, for example for breakfast I have nutritional shake around 7:45 am and then off to work, but not before I pack my 3 snacks. I pack a snack size bag with carrots, grapes or almonds and then I take a fruit ie. a banana or apple, and if I feel like something crunchy I pack gold fish or cheez its. That takes me to my lunch time and by then I am not that hungry so I have something small for lunch I also, fill up on water. As for exercise I still walk during my break at work and 2 evenings a weeks for about 45 minutes. I hope everyone is doing well and staying motivated to meet your goals. I myself am motivated to be below 200 lbs and within 8 weeks I will be or maybe even sooner than that!!! Talk to you soon
