For you workaholics out there, it’s TGIM, for others, you might have a case of the Mondays. I think I’m always somewhere in the middle. In any case, make it a great week and and break some bad habits and make some good new ones. It’s just about one month since we started This is not a diet and I am now vowing to step up my efforts. I haven’t been doing enough exercise so this week is going to be the start of a new habit for me. This little video made me laugh and actually inpsired me to pick things up a bit. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would’ve been a healthier kid. I’m an adult now so there’s no looking back or excuses. All we ever have is today so today I choose to do something good for my health!
