
Hey guys, I was at a teacher’s conference this week attending different lectures all with different subjects, one of them being health, and I picked up this little jewel of advice:
We all know that water is good for you but water doesn’t really have taste right? well, for the most part. If you are interested in tasting water differently kind of like your drinking out of the fountain of life that is located atop a magical hill surrounded by a bunch of magical creatures and greenery, then try this little trick. Try adding one drop of peppermint to a cold glass of water (but don’t use tap water), mix it around a bit, it’s just a different experience. Also another secret, do you want to make the most out of your glass of water? don’t swallow too soon, try swishing the water around in your mouth before swallowing, this will hydrate your facial pores. Please try this out when you get a chance guys you will love it!

Nice!! I actually drink water with peppermint from time to time! The cool thing about peppermint (No Pun Intended) is that a small bottle will last forever. I’ve been using a small bottle for a year now and have only used about 5% of it. You can also use perppermint oil to freshen your breathe. This is a lot healthier than chewing gum that has either sugar or that poisin known as artificial sweetner! Thanks for the tipsky.
